We make every effort to provide high quality products that are free from damage.
Due to the high quality & cost of materials we use and the fact that we custom craft our
candles to order we offer no returns or refunds.

*Hot Weather WARNING: Due to the heat-sensitive nature of soy wax, Essoya
is not responsible for candles affected by high heat during shipping or after shippment is
received.

*Essoya is not responsible for a returned delivery due to an incorrect address.
We will gladly re-ship items to corrected address at the customer's expense.
Customers will be notified via email and will be responsible for the new shipping charges.
